Midday Market Update:

Buyers showed more aggressiveness in spot cheese again Wednesday with an unfilled bid pushing block cheese price to $2.22 1/4, up 2 1/2 cents. Barrel price increased 2 cents to $2.18 3/4 on an unfilled bid. The pattern remains intact with buyers having held back, waiting for lower price in order to purchase supply.
