SOYBEAN MEAL: $0.60 Lower
LIVE CATTLE: $2.05 Lower
DOW JONES: 31 Points Lower
NASDAQ: 10 Points Higher
CRUDE OIL: $1.54 Lower

Midday Market Update:

Class III futures were lower overnight and through early open outcry trading. However, as spot trading drew closer, futures moved higher in anticipation of either higher cash prices or the necessity of taking back some of the discount put into the market over the past two days.
