Midday Market Update:

Sellers of cheese initially tested the waters by posting offers higher at the beginning of spot trading. These offers had to be reduced in order to find buyer interest resulting in blocks closing at $1.73 1/4, down 1 3/4 cents while barrels remained steady at $1.77 1/4.
