LIVE CATTLE: $0.37 Lower
DOW JONES: 172 Points Higher
NASDAQ: 37 Points Higher
CRUDE OIL: $1.46 Higher

Midday Market Update:

Cheese prices extended gains since the retracement began midweek. Blocks increased 3/4 cent to end at $1.74 3/4 with 17 loads traded while barrels increased 1 3/4 cents moving to $1.76 with just one load traded. Activity is certainly picking up as buyers step in from the sidelines. Sellers are taking advantage of the higher prices to unload increasing supply.
