CRUDE OIL: $1.01 Higher

Midday Market Update:

Block price declined 1/4 cent to $1.69 1/2 with just one load traded. There were no bids or offers left on the close. Barrel price declined 1 3/4 cents to $1.60 1/2 with four loads traded.
