GENERAL COMMENTS

Pressure is developing across the livestock complex once again Friday morning as follow-through selling continues after Thursday's market downturn. Traders are looking for additional direction from outside markets, which could help to stabilize prices at the end of the session. But generally, the lack of trade volume expected at the end of the week and before the long holiday weekend is likely to limit market support Friday. Corn futures are trading higher in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading higher in light trade Dow Jones is trading 36 points higher while Nasdaq is 5 points higher.
