GENERAL COMMENTS

Moderate to strong support has flooded back into front month lean hog futures although it is still uncertain just how much buy orders are underneath this latest round of support, and if gains will hold through the entire trading session. Cattle futures are choppy at best with live cattle futures mixed in a narrow range just before opening bell of pit trade. Corn futures are trading mixed in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading higher in light trade Dow Jones is trading 104 points higher while Nasdaq is 27 points higher.
