GENERAL COMMENTS

Livestock futures are expected to open mixed in a narrow to moderate trading range with the focus split between outside market moves and interest surrounding the future demand for beef and pork during early spring months. Corn futures are trading lower in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading mixed, with Dow Jones posting a 15 point loss, while Nasdaq is up 9 points.
