GENERAL COMMENTS

Livestock futures are expected to see very light trade through most of the morning, with more focus on the direction in both pork and beef values at midday as well as outside market shifts. Corn futures are trading lower in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading lower, with Dow Jones posting a 106 point loss, while Nasdaq is down 37 points.
