GENERAL COMMENTS:

Livestock futures are mixed early Wednesday with moderate to strong losses developing in lean hog futures. Light support in cattle futures are redeveloping as traders are looking for increased activity through morning trade. Corn futures are trading lower in early trade. The stock market is trading higher. The Dow Jones Index is 105 points higher while Nasdaq is up 14 points.
