Livestock futures are expected to open mixed early Monday. The volatility in the market seen last week is not expected to have calmed over the weekend with traders focusing on noncommercial intentions at the end of the month and the direction of market fundamentals. Weakness in grain markets could make it even more interesting in early Monday trade. Corn futures are trading lower in early trade. The stock market is trading mixed. The Dow is 12 points lower while Nasdaq is up 2 points.
