GENERAL COMMENTS:

Livestock futures are trading mixed early Tuesday with light to moderate buying, which is supporting live cattle futures. Pressure is holding in both feeder cattle futures and lean hog markets. Trade Monday focused on rolling out of October futures and into the December contracts. Corn futures are trading higher in early trade. The stock market is trading higher. The Dow Jones Index is 91 points higher while Nasdaq is up 21 points.
