OMAHA (DTN) -- Cattle futures are mixed in a narrow trading range. Lack of direction from commercial traders and mixed movement in boxed beef values have limited most nearby contracts from 20 cents lower to 20 cents higher in both live cattle and feeder cattle futures. Lean hog contracts also are mixed, but trading within a wider price range given the aggressive shifts in prices over the last two trading sessions.
