OMAHA (DTN) -- Sharp front-month losses have developed in February futures contracts with prices falling over $1 per cwt. Feeder cattle futures are posting strong losses but have eased back from the triple-digit market losses in most contract months. Traders will continue to focus on the uncertainty in direction through the end of the week. Strong gains are holding in lean hog futures with February and April futures holding gains of 85 cents per cwt.
