OMAHA (DTN) -- Sharp losses in the feeder cattle futures market are still holding at midday. This is sparking additional pressure in the live cattle futures which is now trading $0.70 to $1.20 per cwt lower. Lack of additional support in both the boxed beef report and cash cattle markets is weighing on the cattle complex. Lean hog futures posted light losses Friday after sharp losses on Thursday. Light buying may develop before closing bell, narrowing early market pressure.
