OMAHA (DTN) -- Selling pressure has slowly developed in nearby lean hog futures with April and May contracts posting losses of 50 to 60 cents per cwt at midday. The lack of additional direction through the end of the week is allowing futures to coast lower. Live cattle futures continue to hold strong gains in nearby live cattle contracts, although moderate losses are now developing in deferred contracts.
