GENERAL COMMENTS:

From Friday to Friday, livestock futures scored the following changes: Feb LC, Off .47 Apr LC, Off .02; Mar FC, Off 1.62; May FC, Off .87; Feb LH, Up .35; Apr LH, Off .08. Moderate cattle trade developed in parts of the North Friday with most dressed sales marked at $225, $6 to $7 lower than last week's weighted average basis Nebraska. On the other hand, Southern feedlots continued to resist lower packer bids as of this writing.
