GENERAL COMMENTS:

From Friday to Friday, livestock futures scored the following changes: Aug LC, off .80 Oct LC, off 1.22; Aug FC, up .23; Sep FC, off 1.02; Oct LH, off 1.62; Dec LH, off 1.20. Moderate cattle trade developing in parts of the North Friday with dressed sales ranging from $197 to $198, steady to $1 lower than last week. Although a few steady deals surfaced in Texas at $123 this afternoon, the South remains unestablished at this late hour.
