GENERAL COMMENTS:

From Friday to Friday, livestock futures scored the following changes: Aug LC, off .10; Oct LC, off .18; Aug FC, off 1.68; Sep FC, off 1.45; July LH, off .25; Aug LH, off 2.85. Light to moderate cattle trading developed this afternoon with fully steady prices evident in Kansas and Texas (i.e. $119). On the other hand, most dressed deals in the North were marked at $193, $1 lower than last week's weighted average basis Nebraska.
