DTN Closing Livestock Comments

GENERAL COMMENTS:

According to the closing report, the Iowa hog base closed $0.09 lower compared with the Prior Day settlement ($90.00-$101.00, weighted average $99.81). Corn futures closed higher on acreage uncertainties. July was 4 3/4 higher; September 10 1/4 higher; December and March 12 higher.

LIVE CATTLE:
