There's no doubt soybean bulls are getting antsy with the market's inability to build and maintain bullish momentum lately. It has become commonplace to see contracts race to an early gain of 20 to 30 cents, only to give back most of the rally by the close. To some it brings to mind the old adage, "A market that can't rally, won't rally," implying that for whatever reason, soybeans just aren't going to move higher this year.
