Ukraine Grain Exports Up

(Dow Jones) -- Ukraine's grain harvest this year is bigger than last year's, and the size of its grain exports so far in the current marketing year are 41% larger despite the political unrest in the country, the agriculture ministry said Tuesday.

Between the beginning of the current marketing year--July 1, 2013--and March 24, Ukraine exported 26.8 million metric tons of grain, 41% more than in the corresponding period of the previous marketing year.
