Exporters Report Grain Sales

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones) -- Private exporters reported to the U.S. Department of Agriculture the following export sales activity:

- Export sales of 104,000 metric tons of corn to Mexico for delivery during the 2013-14 marketing year.

- Export sales of 120,000 metric tons soybeans to China for delivery during the 2014-15 marketing year.

The marketing year for corn began Sept. 1.

The marketing year for soybeans began Sept. 1.

The USDA issues both daily and weekly export sales reports to the public. Exporters are required to report to the USDA any export sales activity of 100,000 metric tons or more ...
