Private Exporters Report Soybean Sale

OMAHA (DTN) -- Private exporters reported to the U.S. Department of Agriculture export sales of 235,000 metric tons of soybeans for delivery to unknown destinations, the USDA said Wednesday.

Of the total, 180,000 tons is for delivery during the 2013/14 marketing year and the remaining 55,000 tons is for delivery during the 2014/15 marketing year.

The 2013/2014 marketing year for soybeans began Sep. 1 and the 2014/15 marketing year will begin Sep. 1, 2014.

U.S. exporters are required to report to the USDA any export sales activity of 100,000 metric tons or more of one commodity made in one day ...
