Let's face it: Watson -- computer driven, noncommercial traders -- is starving for headlines to feed off of. The darkened windows showing nothing but a "Closed" sign on the James L. Whitten Building (home of USDA) in Washington, D.C., have driven most of this group of traders to the sidelines the last couple of weeks, antsy for when information will start moving again.
