Private Exporters Report Grain Sales

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones) -- Private exporters reported the following sales activity:

-- Export sales of 150,000 metric tons of corn for delivery to Spain during the 2013/2014 marketing year.

-- Export sales of 100,000 metric tons of corn for delivery to Japan during the 2013/2014 marketing year.

-- Export sales of 120,000 metric tons of corn for delivery to Egypt during the 2013/2014 marketing year.

-- Export sales of 126,000 metric tons of soybeans for delivery to China during the 2014/2015 marketing year.

The marketing year for corn and soybeans began Sept. 1.
