OMAHA (DTN) -- This week's export sales report should be viewed as bullish for corn, wheat and soybeans, according to DTN Senior Analyst Darin Newsom.

Weekly export sales of corn showed a total of 982,700 mt (38.7 mb), with 945,100 mt (37.2 mb) for the 2013-2014 marketing year. This was well above the 288,300 mt (11.4 mb) needed this week to stay on pace with USDA's demand projection of 1.4 bb. Weekly shipments of 756,300 mt (29.8 mb) were also above the 713,400 mt (27.9 mb) needed this week. This report should be viewed as bullish, Newsom said.
