MARKET SUMMARY

Soybeans closed 5 3/4 to 11 1/4 cents lower, canola finished 10 cents lower to 30 cents/mt higher, corn ended 5 to 5 3/4 cents higher while MGEX HRS wheat finished 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 higher.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

The TSX was flat in mid-day trade, down 3 points to 13,361. U.S. markets were slightly lower. The Canadian dollar was 41 points lower at $.9540 CAD/USD, while the U.S. dollar was 0.076 lower at 80.750.
