MARKET SUMMARY

MGEX HRS wheat closed 4 to 7 cents higher, corn ended 2 3/4 to 3 cents lower, soybeans closed 3 1/2 lower to 3 higher, while canola finished 10 cents to 80 cents higher.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

The TSX equity market is flat in mid-day trade, currently up 4 points to 12,845, despite weakness in U.S. markets. Markets are cautious with the U.S. debt ceiling debate once again making headlines.
