MARKET SUMMARY

MGEX wheat unchanged to 4 3/4 cents higher, corn finished 3/4 to 6 1/4 cents lower, soybeans up 15 1/2 to 37 3/4 cents, which canola futures closed $7.10 to $7.90/mt higher.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

In mid-day trade, the TSX is 113.92 lower at 12,711.50, as gold and metal issues weigh heavily in Thursday's trade. The Dow and S&P 500 are narrowly mixed. The Canadian dollar is 9 lower at $0.9660, while the U.S. dollar is 0.022 lower at 81.5. Gold is $33.80/ounce lower at $1,330 as the threat of a Syrian attack disappears.
