OUTSIDE MARKETS

Canada's TSX equity market is trading at 12,181.94, up 44.76 points from Tuesday's close. The Canadian dollar is up 17 basis points to $1.0086 CAD/U.S. dollar. The loonie is locked into range-bound trade as are most global currencies. The U.S. dollar is higher today, up .126 to 79.760/mt. Gold is flat, down 20 cents to $1,694.20/ounce. Crude oil is 61 cents lower at $87.89/barrel, while Brent crude is $1.08 lower at $108.76/barrel. U.S. EIA data released Wednesday morning shows oil inventories as of Nov. 30 to be 2.4 million barrels lower than the previous week, while the gasoline ...
