OMAHA (DTN) -- This week's export sales report should be viewed as neutral for corn and soybeans, and bullish for wheat, according to DTN Senior Analyst Darin Newsom.

Weekly export sales of corn showed a total of 640,100 mt (25.2 mb), This was above the 357,900 mt (14.1 mb) needed this week to stay on pace with USDA's demand projection of 1.225 bb. Weekly shipments of 479,100 mt (18.9 mb) were below the 608,600 mt (24.0 mb) needed this week. This report should be viewed as neutral, Newsom said.
