Soybean meal futures were lower Friday with May closing at $479.10, up $6.20, and July at $468.60, up $5.50 per ton. Average cash soybean meal prices were higher along with meal futures with central Illinois and eastern Kansas up $6, Iowa up $8 and southern Minnesota up $3.50 per ton.
