Soybean meal futures were lower Friday with May closing at $472.90, down $6.60, and July at $463.10, down $5.50 per ton. Average cash soybean meal prices dropped along with meal futures with central Illinois, Iowa, southern Minnesota and eastern Kansas down $7 per ton.
