Protein Markets (Soybean Meal)

The renewed support from commercial buyers in the grain complex, helped draw additional support into the soybean complex Thursday. Soybean futures closed with double-digit gains, pushing soybean meal futures $5.50 per ton higher. This is pushing cash prices from $2 to $6 per ton higher early Friday with expectations that moderate end of the week positioning will take place now that a new month is on the books.
