Protein Markets (Soybean Meal)

Light pressure developed through the protein segment of feed ingredients following general grain market pressure Wednesday. This lack of continued buyer support at midweek pushed soybean meal futures prices $1.40 per ton lower on the exchange. But slightly more aggressive price weakness was seen in the soybean meal cash markets where prices fell a uniform $1 per ton.
