The cash corn price was lower to end the day on Thursday after the futures could not hang on to early gains. The corn market has not yet recovered from the USDA report one week ago after a higher-than-expected amount of corn stocks was reported catching most of the trade off guard. The soybean cash price was lower again as the futures were lower on the reports of a new bird flu strain in China possibly lowering demand for soybean feed products.
