COMMENTS:

The basis levels remained unchanged for corn and wheat as the cash prices were lower again to end the day on Tuesday as the market is anticipating that USDA will cut demand projections for both grains in Friday's Supply and Demand report. The soybean cash price was higher again on Tuesday and the basis was unchanged after the soybean futures found strength in the weather forecast for Argentina calling for hot and dry conditions to continue the rest of the week.
