COMMENTS:

The cash soybean price was sharply higher on Tuesday as the soybean futures rallied on reports of dry weather forecast for South America. The cash wheat price gave back all of its gains from last week as all three wheat complexes were lower to end the day on mixed statements from Russia once again concerning their wheat conditions/supplies. Dow Jones reported mixed basis levels for Tuesday afternoon for both corn and soybeans, especially along the river.
