Weekly Soy, Wheat Exports Bullish

OMAHA (DTN) -- The weekly export sales report should be viewed as neutral for corn and bullish for soybeans and wheat, according to DTN Senior Analyst Darin Newsom.

Weekly export sales of corn showed a total of 492,600 mt (34.8 mb), with 58,200 (2.3 mb) for 2012-2013. Total reported sales for 2012-2013 remain above USDA's demand projection of 715 mb. Weekly shipments of 173,500 mt (6.8 mb) were below the 352,600 mt (13.9 mb) needed this week. This report should be viewed as neutral, Newsom said.
