Market Summary: March corn is up 1/2 cent, January soybeans are 3 1/2 cents higher, January canola is up $1.60/mt and March HRS wheat is up 2 1/2 cents. The Canadian dollar is 17 basis points higher.

Outside Markets

Asian equity markets closed lower on Wednesday with the Shanghai Composite closing down 1.5% and the Japanese Nikkei down .6%. European markets are trading lower. The TSX closed up 11 points at 13,324 on higher commodity values Tuesday. In overnight trade, Dow futures were 18 points lower, which could lead to a weak open in North American equities.
