Asian markets traded mixed on Tuesday. Japan's Nikkei closed .4% lower after the Bank of Japan announced a 2% inflation target with an ongoing, open-ended stimulus program, which was not received well by the market as it does not start until 2014. European markets traded mixed over Tuesday's session. Canada's TSX closed at 12,794.25 Monday, up 68.56 points. Dow futures traded 8 points lower overnight, indicating a soft open in Tuesday's North American market. The Canadian dollar is 4 points higher at $1.0067 CAD/U.S. dollar.
