Outside Markets

Asian markets are trading mostly higher today, while European markets are on the defensive prior to a Finance Minister's meeting today which will address the Greece and Spain debt situation, after failed talks last week. The Canadian TSX closed 60.14 higher on Friday to 12,213.24 on Friday. Dow futures are lower to 12,917 points, which may lead to an uneasy open in today's North American market. The Canadian dollar is 19 basis points lower at $1.0060 CAD/US dollar. The US dollar is up .024 at 80.260. Gold is down $2.50 at $1,748.90. NYMEX crude is off 37 cents ...
