It has been a very uneven time over the last few weeks. Of course one of the most affected areas has been the Ukraine. That situation is still fluid and will surely not wait to get better for spring planting to take place. Nobody knows of Russia's future intentions with parts of Ukraine. Needless to say, in the balance is much nervousness with regard to their grain production and exports going forward.

On the other side of the world, the Bank of Canada sits with a whole host of possibilities. Of course, if we have some type of military action ...
