GENERAL COMMENTS:

Livestock futures are under pressure Friday morning following sharp losses in the cattle complex. Although live cattle futures started mixed, the implications of only slight increases in corn stocks have quickly turned the cattle market bearish with additional selling pressure developing at midday. Lean hog futures are mixed in light trade. It is expected that very little additional movement is expected to be seen through the hog complex.
