General Comments:

Corn closed up 7 1/4 cents in the May contract and up 7 cents in the July. Soybeans closed up 26 1/2 cents in the May contract and up 20 1/2 cents in the July. Wheat closed up 18 cents in the May Chicago contract, up 19 3/4 cents in the May Kansas City, and up 17 1/4 cents in the May Minneapolis.

The June U.S. dollar index is up .05 at 79.57. April gold is down $14.40 at $1,358.50 while May silver is down $.42 and May copper is up $.0005. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is ...
