Morning CME Globex Update:December corn is up 2 1/4 cents, January soybeans are down 1 cent, and December Chicago wheat is up 4 1/2 cents. At 8 a.m., USDA said that China bought 240,000 tons of U.S. soybeans and that may help prices trade higher after the 8:30 bell. December corn is modestly higher after Monday's 10-cent drop put DTN's National Corn Index below the $4 mark for the first time in over three years.

Gold: Higher
Crude Oil: Higher
