Morning CME Globex Update:Corn up 8 cents, Soybeans up 1, Wheat up 3 3/4. Thursday morning finds snow, ice, and rain in the Dakotas and Minnesota, pushing eastward into Wisconsin and bringing more winter-like weather to the northern Midwest. In the Southern Plains, 18 degrees in Dodge City, Kansas this morning is one example of the cold that is threatening to damage the winter wheat crop. Grain prices are mixed after yesterday's USDA report showed higher world ending stocks estimates for all three grains. The U.S. dollar is trading lower.
