8:30 a.m. CME Globex:Corn 1/4 higher, Soybeans 3 1/2 lower, Wheat 1 1/2 lower. After a panicky start to the week, commodity trade is taking on a more neutral tone Tuesday. The soybean market is experiencing a slight bounce, and corn and wheat have been quietly mixed overnight.
