Grains are steady to higher early with Wednesday morning's weather map only showing a small area of light rain between the two Dakotas and to the east, in Ohio and Pennsylvania. U.S. stocks are steady and crude oil is steady to higher after the Arab League refused to approve an attack on Syria.
